Alvina Foo

Integrative Pharmacist

Alvina is an integrative health practitioner and pharmacist with over 27 years of experience supporting individuals in achieving optimal health and wellbeing. With a background in pharmacy, nutritional medicine, and functional healthcare, Alvina blends science-based approaches with a personalised focus on prevention, performance, and vitality across all stages of life.

She holds a Pharmacy degree from the University of Sydney and is a Fellow of Anti-Aging and Regenerative Medicine. Alvina is also a certified Ketogenic Nutrition Specialist and a BioIndividual Nutrition Consultant, currently completing her fellowship with the Australasian College of Nutritional and Environmental Medicine (ACNEM). Her areas of clinical interest include metabolic health, nutrient therapy, lifestyle medicine, and integrative strategies for physical and mental resilience.

Since 2009, Alvina has trained with the MINDD Foundation, supporting children and families affected by neurodevelopmental and paediatric special needs using nutrition- and environment-focused care models.

Beyond the clinic, Alvina is passionate about healthy eating and maintaining a physically active lifestyle. She enjoys resistance training and outdoor rock climbing, and in 2019, she was awarded the overall championship in the NatBod Bodysport natural bodybuilding competition. She went on to place at the Regional, NSW State, and National levels of iCompete Natural Australia. Her love of movement and the outdoors recently led her to become a licensed paragliding pilot.

Driven by her interest in sports performance and nutrition, Alvina completed certifications in the Science of Nutrition and Training the Physique Athlete through the Clean Health Fitness Institute of Australia in 2019. She is also the author of “Yuck! Do I Have to Eat That?”, a comically illustrated children’s book that encourages healthy food choices in a fun and relatable way.

Alvina’s mission is to empower people with practical, personalised tools to take charge of their health—combining the best of modern science, natural medicine, and real-world experience.
